The living room has a sitting area, a dining area, a cosy wood stove and a smart television. The new kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. On the ground floor is the luxurious bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Via the stairs in the hall you reach the upper floor with 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with 3 single beds. Both bedrooms have shutters. From the living room you have access via a sliding door to the sunny terrace, which is situated on the south. There is a spacious garden (about 400m2) with a lawn and a playground. In the shed you find a washing machine and dryer and enough space for bicycles. There is one parking space at the house. More parking possibilities scattered over the park on public car parks. The house is particularly suitable for a couple or a family. You can enjoy in and around the house. There is plenty of space for cycling, walking and water sports.

The holiday home has an ideal location less than five minutes' walk from the Veerse Meer lake and beach. The detached holiday home is situated on the edge of a green and peaceful recreation area one kilometer from Wolphaartsdijk. Walking through the park you are in five minutes at the beach at the Schelphoek. Ideal for small children to swim and play. There is a slipway for small boats at 300 meters. The North Sea beach is less than 25 minutes away by car. There are many water sport possibilities in the area. For example, you can rent a sloop or sailboat. There are also various restaurants in the vicinity around the Veerse Meer and the village itself. From Wolphaartsdijk, you can make beautiful cycle trips and take the bicycle-foot ferry to Kortgene on the other side of the Veerse Meer.
