And that at only 15 minutes walking distance from the beautiful beach and cozy center of Callantsoog. Or how about a walk or bike ride through the nature reserve that is just on the doorstep! In the spring, this versatile environment gets extra color through the surrounding flower bulb fields. The villa has a spacious layout (105m²) with an attractive living room with an open kitchen and dining table. The living room in this holiday home has a cozy and comfortable sitting area. Through the patio doors you enter the spacious terrace with a princely garden around the house. On the first floor there is a bathroom and two spacious bedrooms. Both bedrooms have new double box-spring beds. In addition, there is a fifth sleeping place in one bedroom with an extra single box-spring bed.

Holiday home Villa Schaut is located in a versatile environment. The beautiful beach and cozy center of Callantsoog are only a 15-minute walk away. Here you can enjoy the sun, sea and beach, but also shop in the nice boutiques or have a bite to eat in one of the cozy restaurants. In addition, there is a nature reserve in front of the holiday home where you can enjoy walking or cycling. In the spring, this area gets extra color because of the flower bulb fields that adorn the area.
