ABOUT THE APARTMENT: Apartment in Ål, Hallingdal. Actif 305 is located directly at the ski center, in an apartment complex Actif Hotel. The place offers many facilities both summer and winter. Swimmingpool, jacuzzi and much more is available in the complex. 600 meters above sea level. The apartment is located in an apartment complex with plenty of facilities. In the public areas you find sauna, jacuzzi, and pool. Right beside the complex you have Ål Ski Center with great slopes and an own area for children. There is a flood lit ski trail from the hotel. Alternatively you can drive 10 minutes and start the ski trip in nice machine prepared trails on the high mountains.

Ål is a village in steeply sided Hallingdal valley in the Buskerud region of Norway. The Ål area has around 50 trout fishing waters both in the valley, the rivers and on the mountains. Ål is a three hour car journey from Oslo or around four and a half hours from Bergen. Visit Ål in winter and you won’t be short for things to do, even if you are not a fan of skiing. Although the area has a great selection of downhill and cross-country options there are plenty of other winter activities to enjoy, including one of the longest toboggan runs in Norway. You can also try your hand at ice fishing in the Rødungen North (among others) in the Bergsjø area. In the summer, Ål is the perfect place to get back to nature. There are so many outdoor opportunities to explore, most notably hiking, fishing and cycling! One of the key summertime activities in Ål is trout fishing and there are many areas to explore. Ål is a great location for cycling, especially mountain biking and there is a bike park in the village. The hiking around Ål is fantastic and all enjoy commanding views of the countryside.
