We prioritize privacy for our guests. Easy check-in and check-out with a code lock on the entrance door, while still being available through messaging service or by phone. The rental property is our family's private holiday home. We grew up in Stranda and can provide tips during your stay. After booking (or by request before booking) we will send you an inspiration guide for the local area to help you plan your visit.
The place is popular both in summer and winter. In summer, it is the perfect base for exploring the world-famous fjords and mountains in the area, including Geiranger, Hellesylt, Ljøen Viewpoint, Trollstigen, and Ålesund. The gondola right next to the cabin takes you to the top of the mountain, and Loen Skylift is also a popular attraction. For the active traveler, there are endless hiking options, ranging from 1-hour walks to 10-hour adventures. In winter, the property is located right in the ski resort, offering ski-in, ski-out access. No further description of the location is needed—the pictures speak for themselves.
