This property is in the middle of Hammerfest city (only 600 meter from city center) with parking area. You can book either the entire 3-bedrooms apartment where you will have your own private entrance with an independent living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, and terrace, or you can book a room(s) where you will share kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, and terrace. Please ensure that you know what you book! Main bedroom has a queen-size bed or two single beds with its own sink. This bedroom has a large window facing a very nice mountainous and lake scenery. Two bedrooms facing a quite street have a single bed for each. If necessary, the sofa in the living room can also be used for sleeping. The large living room (almost 20 meter square) is completed with a fireplace, which can be a nice family room. The kitchen is decorated with older style and is fully equipped with standard equipment such stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and dinner table. This kitchen has also a large window facing a very nice mountainous and lake scenery. If you are lucky, you may watch a dancing northern light between September to November from this side. In the summer time, you want to sit in the terrace and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee while enjoying the scenery. If you are lucky, some nice reindeers may come and greet you. The backyard is spacious and fenced, that can be a nice playground for kids. You will have a dedicated door to the apartment and have access to the entire apartment. You will share the entry door for the building (not the apartment) and the backyard with the landlord. The landlord sometimes uses the backyard. The landlord lives in the second and third floor of the building. You do not have access to these floors. In principle, you also do not have access to the basement, that has laundry machine (included) and sauna (with extra charge). However, If you want to use them, feel free to ask the access to the landlord.

You have a parking spot in the neighborhood area. It is free in the weekend and 5 pm to 9 am during weekdays. If you want to use it outside this hours, please consult with the landlord.
