This two bedroom holiday home is the perfect place to stay if you want to be in the middle of Whakatane. Within 500 meters from the door you have access to a supermarket, service station, fishing & hunting supplies, liquor store, bakery/cafe, as well as all the major fast food outlets. The town with bars, clubs, restaurants, shopping, cafe's, etc, are just over a 5 minute walk and so is the memorial hall and sports ground, both of which hold events throughout the year. A 10 minute walk will get you to the aquatic centre or to Kope shopping area as well as Whakatane high school, and a 3 minute walk will get you to Awanuarangi university campus or to Apanui primary school. The property is self rated as better than 3 star motel type accommodation and contains 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed, a lounge area with a TV, a kitchen area with the fridge, microwave & basic kitchen supplies, a laundry area with a washing machine and of course the bathroom which has the toilet & shower.
