The guest studio is located on a large private home section. It is a 5 minute flat walk to the heart of the gorgeous local village. The private space is separate from the main residence but attached to storage rooms. The property was built in 1946 and is a grand monolithic art deco home that has been 70% restored. The gardens although new are beautiful and you are welcome to look around. There is a quality, very comfortable king bed, quality linen, 1940's armchairs and nods here and there to the art deco era. There is a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and tea and coffee facilities. No cooking equipment. The bathroom is spacious and has a heated towel rail. Brand new split system aircon and heating for your comfort. Parking is private and on the property. There are sensor lights if you arrive after dark or leave early. The water is filtered for the studio and that includes the shower.
