Experience Art Deco elegance with a modern twist. Caroline Courts unit 6 is a second story unit which has been recently fitted out with new furniture. You can relax and take in the beautiful sea views from the living room and master bedroom. This property is fully equipped with all facilities to make your stay comfortable. And if you don't wish to self cater, restaurants and bars are just a one minute walk, and the entrance to the stunning Caroline Bay is literally across the road. Relax and enjoy all the hospitality that Timaru has to offer.
Your hosts Carl and Alhena Vaughan are excited to welcome you to their home away from home! They have recently purchased this property and have decided to open our little piece of paradise for short-term rental. Please make yourself at home and let us know if you need anything.
Situated in the heart of Timaru on the Bay Hill, this Caroline Court apartment is a short walk away from restaurants and bars. Stroll down the piazza steps and on to the boardwalk to the Caroline Bay beach, which has a great swimming beach in the summer and has beautiful views. With a playground for the children and walking tracks and a penguin colony, there is plenty to entertain. The main shopping area of Timaru is a stones throw away for some retail therapy. With everything in walking distance including Museum and information centre you can enjoy all Timaru has to offer.
