Located in a quiet part of North Kakanui the batch is fully insulated and double glazed. This batch provides for easy access to clifftop walks, cafe, beach, and general store. You can hear the sound of the ocean at night, and the quiet location allows for minimal light pollution, or traffic, so you can really enjoy the dark nights for star gazing. Just walk a few hundred metres down the gravel road to a beautiful beach, boat ramp, and river. Owners Jodie and Baz are at the back of the property and manage the good life on half an acre, living off the land.
We are very passionate about living off the land and creating a peaceful sanctuary. The batch is accessed directly from the main road and is separate from the main house and garden. Allowing for independence but knowing if you need anything we have got you covered.
The beach regularly has seals and dolphins visiting. Lots of great walks around the coast lines.
