Welcome to my beautiful beachfront home in Papamoa. My home is a short 2min walk to the surf beach down a sandy track (through a reserve). The views from the top deck are stunning and is a great place to be either in the morning with a coffee in hand watching the sun come up or in the evening experiencing the golden glow of the setting sun behind you sipping on a glass (or 2) of wine listening to the sea in the background. There is a top class cafe (Pearl Kitchen) and Supermarket within walking distance (12minutes). If you are into the outdoors there is the Worldclass Whakarewarewa Mountain Bike Park 60min drive away and if you are into walking ... The Mount is a 17min drive and for those into Hiking - The Tarawera Falls is 90min away and well worth the visit (you will need to purchase a permit from the information centre in Kawerau). The property is a 3 storey house. My home is the top 2 levels - 3 bedrooms, 2 decks and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. The 2 bedrooms on level 3 have a double bed (and ensuite bathroom) and 2 singles (with the main bathroom and toilet across the hall) The other bedroom on level 2 has a double bed (and ensuite). There is also another toilet on Level 2 and the Lounge area has large sliding doors which open out to the deck. The ground level has a self contained flat (separate entrance) and a garage (where the washing machine is). The Flat is tenanted which is why I have added quiet hrs between 10pm and 6am. I think that is all. I feel very privileged to have this property and to be able to offer it up for other people to enjoy. I wish you all the best for your holidays wherever they take you.
