We are excited to be the proud new owners of Cherrywood Cottage. We have tried to make the Cottage as comfortable as possible for our guests, including new furniture, bed linens including luxury matress toppers and duvet covers with plush bedspreads, TV with built in DVD player as well as Sky TV, new pots and pans, cutlery, crockery and outdoor furniture. Further renovations will be taking place in the quieter months of Winter. Watch this space! As hosts, we expect you to have a wonderful experience staying at our lovely Heritage Cottage. Your feedback once you have stayed would be very welcoming.

Nestled in amongst native New Zealand bush, this two bedroom cottage captures the essence of the stunning Akaroa scenery with an incredible view out over Akaroa Harbour, the sounds of the birds singing and privacy to really help you unwind from the minute you arrive. Wake up and wander out onto the patio from the lounge or the master bedroom to take in the fresh South Island air. Enjoy the cosy living area made for easy, laid-back holiday living and fitted with all the essentials you might need on your trip and cleaning included in your nightly rate. In Winter, pour yourself a glass of wine, turn on the fire and find a movie to watch with SKY TV or watch a variety of DVD's for free on hand. There is also a limited supply of milk, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and sugar to help you settle in.
