Welcome to Elmwood Studio – a compact, clean and cosy retreat nestled beneath grand old Plane trees on our peaceful homestead just minutes from Greytown. Surrounded by rose beds, birdsong and wide open skies, this is the perfect place to unwind, recharge and soak up a slice of country life. The space Tucked away from the main house, our self-contained studio offers privacy, comfort and serenity. You’ll be staying on our lifestyle block, where sheep graze, chickens roam, and the vegetable beds change with the seasons. There’s a small deck with an outdoor table – ideal for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine under the trees. Guests are welcome to request access to our swimming pool, grass tennis court and spacious lawn and playground areas. You’re also free to explore the 2 hectares of pastureland or collect fresh eggs for breakfast if our hens are feeling generous. We’re pet friendly – though we do ask for a small additional cleaning fee if pet hair needs extra attention. Guest access On-site parking is available right next to the studio. All outdoor facilities – including the pool and tennis court – are available by request.
