Ideal accommodation for a large family wishing to have a quality holiday. There are six bedrooms, four have super king beds and two have a king bed. If required, for a fee, we can unzip one of the super king beds and one of the king beds into a pair of long single beds each. Central air conditioning and double glazing ensures a comfortable stay. The kitchen has 900mm induction hob and oven, stone bench top, double sinks, microwave, double dishwasher drawers and a huge fridge and freezer. All cooking and eating equipment is provided. There are four bathrooms and an extra separate toilet. The lounge has an 8K 75" TV with YouTube, Netflix, TVNZ+, blueray DVD player and X BOX 360. Luxury leather lounge suites with multiple recliners and comfortable seating for a large group. All six bedrooms have their own private smart TV with Netflix. Unlimited high speed fibre Wi-Fi. Quarter acre section with huge backyard with an orchard, Bar B Que and entertainment area. Electric security gate and fully fenced provides superb security for off street parking for your boat and multiple vehicles. You will be provided with remotes for private access. There are stairs up to both the front and back doors with electronic locks for ease of access for all members of your group. You do not have access to the downstairs area; this is our private area. There are two EV chargers available to guests free of charge. The kitchen and dining are open plan. The dining table seats 12 guests.

An excellent area with superb security, located in central Taupo. Views of Taupo township and Acacia Bay. Local shops located nearby. A 5 minute drive to town. In and around Lake Taupo you can ski, sail, sky dive, bungy jump, para-sail, go jet boating, take a scenic flight by helicopter or boat-plane, kayak, fish for Trout (permit required) or simply cruise on the lake. Taupo is an ideal place to base yourself as you explore the central North Island, with Tongariro National Park/Whakapapa Ski Field and Rotorua an easy one hour drive away.
