Set on the serene Kina Peninsula, just steps from the beach and a short drive from Nelson and Kaiteriteri, Kina Beach House offers the perfect coastal retreat. This 1970s kiwi bach blends retro charm with modern comfort, featuring spacious living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, sunny conservatory, and outdoor BBQ area. With a double garage for storing outdoor gear, it’s ideal for those enjoying the area's activities. Perfect for families, couples, or pets, Kina Beach House offers a peaceful setting with easy access to the beach, parkland, and local attractions. NOTES: • This is a split-level house with multiple stairs, which may not be suitable for small children who are not familiar or comfortable with navigating stairs. Please ensure they are closely supervised when moving between levels. *Please note that the back lawn at Kina Beach House was flood-damaged during winter and during the installation of new water tanks and drainage. It’s being rehabilitated and may not be fully usable for some time. Rates have been adjusted accordingly. There’s a grassy reserve just across the road that’s perfect for kids to play. Thank you! • Pets - By special written permission only, pets may be allowed outside only. Please contact us with details of your pet so this can be discussed. Special terms and a pet fee will apply. • BOND REQUIREMENT - A credit card and authority to charge are required as a bond before your stay. The cardholder is responsible for leaving the property, its furnishings, and grounds in the condition found on arrival. By booking, you authorise the provider to charge the card for any costs to repair, replace, or restore the property or its contents if damage occurs during your stay (excluding fair wear and tear). The provider may request confirmation of agreement and updated card details if needed.
