When you book a property with us you will receive detailed self check-in and check-out information. You will know that your property has been expertly cleaned and thoroughly checked before you arrive. You’ll have some basic essentials in the cupboard, the linen will be crisp and the towels will be fluffy. We are all fortunate to live locally and will be on hand if you need us during your stay. The apartment features two double bedrooms. One with a king bed and one that can be a king or two singles. The linens are fresh and the towels fluffy. The master has an en-suite and TV. The second bathroom has a washing machine and dryer. Both bathrooms have luxurious underfloor heating. The kitchen is gorgeous with everything you need to prepare meals if staying in. The balcony has a Weber BBQ and dining table. You’ll have two secure car parks.

Located in the fabulous Bay of Plenty, Mount Maunganui is famous for its endless white sand beach, year-round surf, Pilot Bay Harbour and beautiful Mauao. At the end of the peninsula the iconic Mauao stands elegantly at 230 meters tall. Hike up or walk around and the enjoy stunning views. Downtown Mount you’ll find a laid-back strip of shops, bars & restaurants that offer all day dining most with alfresco tables. Pilot Bay offers sheltered year-round swimming and kayaking. Head to main beach for surfing or just chilling and swimming. Keen golfers have the choice of two world class courses. 10 minutes’ drive away is the recently upgraded BayFair shopping centre with 150 shops and restaurants and the new United seven screen cinema (opens August 2020).
