This is a unique waterfront property on the shores of the Whangarei harbour North facing with it's own jetty giving access to the beach so bring your swimming togs Our beautiful flat has a large double bedroom with queen size bed (linen supplied) There is a lounge / dining room with a kitchenette on one side Kitchenette includes fridge/freezer microwave, hot plate and nespresso coffee machine filtered drinking water pots pans and crockery and cutlery supplied Then a small hall between bedroom and lounge gives access to a large bathroom with bath, shower and toilet (with electric bidet) Towels are supplied There is external access to the bathroom so you can use it direct from beach bi-fold doors open on to the patio direct from both the lounge and the bedroom the entrance is at the side of the house separate from owners who live above. The patio opens out on to a wide lawn area from which a private jetty takes you down to the beach at high tide there is about 1.8 metres depth at the jetty but partial tides allow sunbathing on the sand There is a sturdy kayak available for guests use The TV includes Sky and netflix Free Wifi is available if weather permits you may get the opportunity to go fishing with Pete either in his boat ar drone fishing from our jetty.

very quiet area with offstreet car parking handy to restaurants and the Marsden Cove Fishing Club which is open Thursday until Saturday for drinks right at the marina There is an adjacent boat launching ramp 2 doors from the property plus another all tide one at Marsden cove about 8 minutes drive away Also A short 35 minute drive to Whangarei which boasts the magic Hunterwasser art gallery and multiple restaurants. A public golf course is at Uretiti about 12 minutes drive away towards Waipu There is a magnificent beach running all the way from the harbour entrance to Waipu giving access to Bream Bay One Tree Point is about 1 1/2 hours drive North of Auckland
