The property has 2 houses. Terracotta Cottage is located 19 km from Hamilton Airport, 20 km from Mystery Creek Events Centre, 25 km from Waikato University, 29 km from St. Peters Cathedral, 29 Km from Waikato Institute of Technology, 29 km from beautiful Hamilton Gardens, 29 km from the Hamilton High Court, 30 km from Waikato Stadium and 45 km from Waitomo Glow Worm Caves. The cottage offers living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with microwave, oven, toaster and jug. Smart Tivi is in living room. Reservations available include booking either one or two bedrooms or booking the entire house. Contact me before you book if you confuse abt the room. Cost will depend on how many bedrooms booked. All guests have access to the shared facilities including living room, dining Room and kitchen. OUR ROOMS You can rent either a single room or you can rent a full 3-bedroom house. or a self-c granny flat too. Or you can rent entire 3-bedroom house and a granny flat. ( Pls contact us for more details if needed) All bedrooms are a comfortable size with fresh linen and towels provided. The family bedroom has a Super king bed and 1 sofa bed with ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom also has a queen bed and separate bathroom and toilet facilities. Guest testimonials confirm our beds are very cozy and comfortable. SELF CONTAINED GRANNY FLAT The property also has available a separate self-contained Granny Flat which offers one bedroom with a queen bed and 1 Single bed and 2 chair set up by window, small living area with dining table. it has microwave, jug and tea, coffee cup, bowl, plat and wine glass. Smart Tivi can be used with your own net flick account. Shower and toilet are in the flat too. NOTE : we don't want guest cook and left bed smell in bedroom and entire flat. So, we only equip necessaries only. All used cups mugs, wine glasses, plates and bowls after using you leave in black plastic bucket for us to clean for you.
