Take a leisurely canoe trip down the river to Thames or the public swimming holes. Enjoy a picnic lunch by the riverside, listening to the gentle flow of the rapids. For animal lovers, bring your own bird or poultry feed, or attain some here, and enjoy the chance to feed the birds, ducks, and chickens, or spend time with our friendly miniature Highland cattle that love to be stroked. The resident Pukekos, Tui’s, Pidgeon’s, Fantails, Ducks and many other bird life are always a delight to watch and feed. For your convenience, the property also offers shared external laundry facilities.
