Hello! we are The Groundswell Property team, on the beautiful West Coast, Raglan, NZ. Our dedicated team manages a diverse range of stunning holiday homes, accommodating groups from 1 to 18 guests. Whether you seek waterfront escapes or being in the heart of town with cafes & boutique shopping nearby, we have options to cater for every budget and need. All children need to be well supervised by their accompanying adult as there is an exposed and elevated mezzanine floor and outdoor patio, structural ladders and other elements to the property that may be falling hazards. The safety of the child is the full responsibility of their accompanying adult. Strictly no smoking indoors or outdoors. No more than the number of guests booked, to a maximum of 5. Additional charges will apply if you exceed the number booked. Noise curfew from 10pm to 9am. Sorry but we are unable to host pets. Events are not allowed without prior arrangement. This includes birthday parties, hens/stag doos and wedding celebrations. A BBQ is available for use during your stay. Please clean with the appropriate supplied cleaner after use. We reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning if the BBQ is found dirty. Rubbish - an allowance has been made for 1x full blue rubbish bag. Additional rubbish must be taken with you or dropped at a local refuse disposal station (details in house info folder). Recycling - an allowance for 1x full recycling bin has been made per stay. Additional recycling must be taken with you or an additional charge will be applied for disposal. Electric Vehicle Charging - We are unable to accommodate electrical vehicle charging at the property, there is a fast charging station location around the town hall on Bow Street.

Raglan has something for everyone. And this home is ideally located to explore the local area. Surfers will love the big waves at world-famous Manu Bay. Nearby Cox Bay and Lorenzen Bay are great spots for swimming, kayaking and body boarding or just relaxing in the sunshine. Please note there is a motion sensored security camera at the entrance door. These devices are for the security of the property, but if there is reason to suspect misconduct from guests, the footage and data can be reviewed. Our cancellation policy offers a full refund up to 5 days before arrival. After that you receive 50% of the booking plus cleaning fee, less the first night.
