This property is a little sunny oasis in the heart of Kerikeri. It is in a residential area but boarders a primary school where the property looks out over the school gardens and fields with large deciduous trees. It is a very tranquil location. It has room for about 2 cars on the drive and one on the grass. The property is located very centrally and is s short walk to town. It is very close to the public swimming pool which includes a dive pool area that is located in the town high school just 5 mins walk away. The house is simple but very airy and open plan having been renovated just over a year ago. It has a very uncluttered light interior and a lovely deck to enjoy your morning or evening meals. The property also has a lockable garage attached to the building if you would like to park your car or store/lock anything away. The lounge has an air conditioning unit which can regulate the air temperature to the rest of the rooms as the property gets very warm especially with the evening sun. If more air circulation is needed - there are fans in every bedroom. There is a washing machine on site and an outside line to dry your washing if needed. Alternatively it is a three minute drive to the laundromat. There is an excellent children's playground, skate ramp, basketball court, library and cinema within 3 minutes drive.

Welcome to this property. I am a Kerikeri local and a teacher nearby. I have two properties in town that I rent out and I just love the location of this one. This property has been off booking dot com for a year as my first interaction with listing it here did not go so well. I have learnt how to operate my listing a bit better now so I am trying again! This property has been listed over the year on air b and I have had many bookings from this - many working groups have stayed for more extended stays. I love the general feel of this house and really hope our guests feel relaxed and content here. The neighbors are lovely - especially the lady in the house behind. This is a quiet low key neighborhood with lots of small families. They are kind and will keep to themselves. The property is located very conveniently to many local amenities. 3 mins drive to town center where you will find: town library, large children's playground, skate park, cinemas, gyms, supermarkets, large domain areas and local schools. A 7 to 15 min drive will take you to two different boat ramps. In 25 minutes you can visit our local beaches, Opito bay and Paihia beach. There is the lovely stone store, Kororipo pa site and a walk up to a spectacular waterfall. Kerikeri has a number of fantastic restaurants and cafes. The plough and Feather have a fine dining restaurant as well as an outside pizza area, you may be lucky to get some live music there. The Black Olive pizza restaurant is also one of the best. If you are looking for some more action or activities in town, I can highly recommend Sky's Surf School for surf lessons. There is also a local golf course and walking tracks around Kerikeri.
