Relax in this tranquil and elegant space, ideal for couples or a family of three. The apartment is brand new (access is password protected). It features an induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi, cable TV, blender, rice cooker, kitchenware and utensils, and improved lighting. You can enjoy the common areas, swimming pool, etc. Located just 20 meters from Las Pocitas beach, you can hear the ocean as you sleep and enjoy the sunset. It's also 10 minutes from Mancora.
Welcome to this wonderful, brand-new apartment with all the comforts for your stay. Enjoy a cozy atmosphere, minimalist decor, and a natural setting. Fall asleep to the sound of the sea and wake up to the beach and its sunsets. I would love to meet guests who feel right at home and enjoy every single day.
In the area you will find water activities, jet skiing, swimming with sea turtles, the seafood is one of the most acclaimed, you can buy fish and shellfish from the local fishermen (oysters, octopus, fish, lobsters, etc.), nightlife within tourist complexes, gourmet restaurants, and a few kilometers away there is a whale watching tour.
