Avana Hills Boracay Prime Studio Suite (FREE BREAKFAST) - a 2 Bedroom Unit Apartment with Kitchen suitable for Family and Groups. Located in the third floor surrounded by tropical garden nestled in a homey atmosphere. 3 to 4 minutes away from the beach. Located in front of souvenir shops, fruit stands & main roads, and 5 minutes to wet market (Talipapa). NOT advisable for seniors & PWD due to spiral stairs. OCCUPANCY Minimum Occupancy - 8 Persons | * Maximum Occupancy - 12 Persons Children 12 years old below are free of charge as long as share bed with adult. 13 Years Old are considered as adult. * Standard rate based on minimum occupancy. Enter the gate of Abrams Compound in which Immigration is located. Avana Hills Front Office is at the side of the Immigration Building inside Abrams Compound. GUEST ACCESS Aside from own unit/room/suite spaces booked, guests can use the facilities in the lobby/reception area, garden dining areas, party areas, barbeque grill area DURING YOUR STAY Security Deposit of P2,000 is required upon check in. Every units/room/suite has printed and displayed contact information should there will be emergencies and assistance needed. Avana Hills Boracay Prime located in a compound comprised of lush tropical garden together with other structures containing cafes and lobby. The main gate fronting the main road and E-mall souvenir shops. 711 Convenient Store is just outside the main gate. 3-4 minutes walk to the beach. 5 Minutes walk to wet market ( talipapa ). There are bars along the main road outside the compound. Fruit Stands are just outside the compound.
