The beach front property is located at Cape Santiago, at the very tip of the Calatagan Peninsula. The iconic and historical Cape Santiago Lighhouse, built by the Spaniards in 1890 is just a short 3 minute walk from our property. The ocean in our front yard is the famous Verde Island Strait, the hub of marine biodiversity in the world. Our shallow house reef is perfert for snorkling and free diving. We have free use of Kayaks for our guests.
