Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM, with early check-ins and late check-outs subject to availability at PHP 500 per hour.

Any unapproved check-in or check-out between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM will incur a PHP 1,000 convenience fee.

Upon arrival, guests must inform the lobby that they are registered guests, and the primary guest must present a valid government-issued ID for verification.

All valid guest IDs must be submitted prior to check-in for building clearance, and entry may be denied without approval.

Only registered guests are allowed inside the unit, and the maximum occupancy for the studio is 4 guests (infants excluded).

Additional guests require prior approval and are charged PHP 300 per person per night, payable before check-in.

Unregistered or unpaid guests may result in immediate cancellation without refund and possible penalties.

A maximum of two (2) small pets is allowed per unit, provided they are fully potty-trained and wear pet diapers at all times indoors.

Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture, must not be left unattended, and any damage or excessive cleaning caused will be charged accordingly.

Guests must use kitchen facilities responsibly and follow a clean-as-you-go policy, ensuring no dishes are left unwashed.

The unit uses a key-card power system, and all electricity will automatically turn off once the key card is removed.

Guests are strictly prohibited from flushing tissues, wipes, or sanitary napkins down the toilet.

Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness, respect the property, and lock the unit at all times when inside or outside.

All requests for early check-in, late check-out, or stay extensions must be communicated in advance and are subject to availability and fees.

Complimentary parking is not available, and paid parking is PHP 300 per car per night or PHP 100 per motorbike per night, subject to availability and payable directly to attendants.

Standard cleaning upon check-out is included, while scheduled cleanings are available for an additional fee and do not include linen or towel changes.

Guests are responsible for disposing of all garbage properly and in designated areas.

Any form of damage or vandalism will result in additional charges and possible termination of the stay.

Parties are not allowed, loud noise is prohibited, and alcohol must be consumed responsibly to avoid disturbing other residents.

Smoking or vaping anywhere inside the unit or building is strictly prohibited and carries a PHP 5,000 penalty, and all illegal activities are forbidden.
