Property information

Sequor Palm Villa is located in a quiet and scenic part of Siquijor; however, this August 2025, temporary power generation sets were installed nearby by the electric company to supply power to the province temporarily while waiting for the new power provider, which will be realized within six months to 1 year's time. With this disruption, the serenity of Sequor Palm Villa was replaced with the noise of generator sets. We hereby informed our incoming guests of the situation.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood around is typically quiet and relaxed; however, temporary power generation sets installed nearby by the electric company may create intermittent noise from August 2025 for an estimated six months to one year. Despite this, the area remains safe and conveniently positioned for guests exploring the island. We are informing all incoming guests in advance to ensure transparency and to properly set expectations while we continue to offer comfortable accommodations and dedicated service.
