Please note that transfers are included in the room rate for guests arriving at Caticlan Airport. Please note that the guest name on the reservation must be the same as the name on the card used to make the booking. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. The hotel may pre-authorise your card before arrival, but actual payment will be done at the hotel.

Accommodations have a maximum capacity of 2 adults and 2 children aged 11 years old and below. When accompanied by a dine-in adult, up to 2 children of the registered in-house hotel guests aged 6 and below can enjoy buffet meals at Vintana Asian Cafe at no additional charge. Additional children aged 6 and below and all children who are above 6 years of age but under 12 years old will receive a 50% discount on the adult buffet price. Applicable for all Shangri-La Circle Members. Buffet is subject to availability.

A surcharge of PHP 1,000 inclusive of taxes per room per way will be applied for all arrival and departure speedboat journeys from 1900H to 0700H.

In accordance with Aklan Province General Ordinance number 2022-021 section 29.3, a terminal fee of PHP 300 shall be charged to each guest arriving in and departing from Boracay Island. Residents of Aklan province with proof of residence, non-residents of Aklan with proof of Aklanon lineage, holders of a valid terminal pass, and children five (5) years old and below are exempt from paying the terminal fee. Please be advised that effective 1 May 2023, we shall be collecting this amount upon check out.

The municipality of Alan collects an environmental fee from tourists upon arrival. Starting 3 October 2022. PHP 150 will be charged to local tourists residing outside Aklan province, and PHP 300 to foreign nationals. Persons ages 5 years old and below, regardless of nationality, shall be free from the payment of the fee. Filipino senior citizens, persons with disabilities (PWDs) and students are entitled to a twenty percent (20%) discount. This fee will be advanced by the Resort and charged to the guest folio, for settlement upon check-out.
