Premium Apartment by Lake Ukiel Located right by the city beach in Olsztyn, this premium apartment sits in an exclusive building — one of the most prestigious addresses in the city. Guests can enjoy access to a rooftop summer terrace with a stunning view of the lake. In the 2025 summer season, the building will feature a restaurant, pub, shop, and beauty salon. Currently, within just 300 meters, you’ll find excellent restaurants and a playground. Everything in the apartment is brand new and fully equipped. The apartment includes one bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room (sleeping area 140x200 cm). The living room with a kitchenette opens directly onto a small terrace with a side view of the lake. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, and microwave. The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet. Guests have access to the rooftop summer terrace with a beautiful lake view. During the summer season, VIP lounges and sunbeds will be available on the terrace. The building also offers a lobby, service facilities, restrooms, and elevators in the common areas. Two free parking areas are available next to the building. VAT invoice available. We warmly welcome you and wish you a pleasant stay!
