Lavender Cottage is located in a peaceful neighborhood in the north of Szczecin - 15 minutes from the city center and 10 minutes from Polic. Our cottage is an ideal place for people who work remotely or visit the city but appreciate the peace and quiet. Feel at home and relax in a 55m modern, fully equipped space with a bedroom on the mezzanine. Our beautiful garden is a favorite place for our guests to enjoy their morning coffee in the sunshine, and the forest and fields just 5 minutes from the house provide a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city! Upon entering Lavender Cottage, you will see an open space consisting of a combined living room, dining room, and kitchenette. There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet next to the kitchenette. In the center of the cottage (the living room), we have prepared a space for our guests to spend time together. You will have a comfortable sofa for two, a table for shared meals, and a workspace at your disposal. As mentioned before, the cottage is well equipped and has the atmosphere of a traditional home, as opposed to a typical rental apartment. You will find many everyday items and entertainment accessories (42-inch TV, video player, audio equipment, games, and puzzles). During the colder periods of the year, the cottage is heated by radiators and underfloor heating, but if that's not enough for you, we provide access to a portable air conditioner. Our guests have access to the entire cottage and a designated large part of the garden on the property. Additionally, we have prepared a free and well-visible (from the cottage) parking space.

In our area, you will find lots of greenery in the form of fields and forests surrounding our district. In the nearby forest, which is a 10-minute walk away, you can discover many attractions such as a viewing platform, a water intake, the ruins of Alt Bucholtz, and the Bismarck Tower. The nearby areas of North Szczecin are an ideal escape to fill the time of our guests during their stay. Take a walk after a long day spent in the city center or after a full day of work. Additionally, in the vicinity, just a 7-minute walk away, there are many grocery stores such as Zabka, Aldi, Marco Polo, Netto, Biedronka, and Galeria Polnoc. If you are hungry and want to order something to eat, choose Pizza from Bella Italia! From our district, you can get to the center of Szczecin or Polic thanks to bus lines 101/107 (Line 101 runs on average every 30 minutes, while Line 107 runs on average every 7 minutes but is located a bit further away).
