Hello, Thank you for your interest in our apartment. We are a company that has been on the market for 8 years successfully renting apartments and obtaining high average rating on booking. Each of our apartments quickly obtains the status of Genius, which can be obtained by facilities that meet the highest requirements of booking. Every year we receive the Booking Awards for maintaining high standards. Our work is our passion. If we have such a possibility (if the next guest has a late arrival), we allow late check-out, but you must ask for it at least the day before. In this situation, we check the declared arrival time of the next guest and inform you about the decision regarding the check-out time. Similarly, with early check-in, we allow it if possible. There is no additional charge for early check-in or check-out. We consider each case of breaking the rules or requests individually. We are human and we approach every matter humanly. Our goal is not to punish, but to keep the apartment in good condition so that you will gladly come back to it.

We don't have possibility to pay on place - money are taken from card before arrival. It is a granary from the 17th century, which was adapted as a residential building after World War II. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. It is a historic building, so it does not have an elevator (the conservator does not allow). Because it is close to sea and Motlava river, you can hear birds on roof. Building is not soundproof. The building is monitored. If your stay will be between 18.06-07.09 and you travel by car please report it to the host (there are restrictions by car enter to this area during summer - parking can be limited or not avaliable in that time). House rules: No smoking in the apartment and common areas (staircase, basement) - PLN 300. Ban on organization of events/parties - PLN 1000. The event means a noise after 22:00 or more people than in reservation. Night quiet: 22:00(10pm) - 6:00(6am) applies throughout the building. Check out after 11:00, without prior consent of the host - the price of the previous hotel day. For lost, not giving away or spoiling pilot to the gate - PLN 500. Only 1 car can park, penalty for more300PLN Please write configuration of sleeping (bedding is only for amount of guests from reservation). Person that makes reservation is responsible for apartment, even if she/he is not on place. We can end guest stay before time, without money back for stay, if he/she break house rules. Refundable deposit is obligatory. Animal can stay for free ONLY if it do not sleep in beds/sofa and his stay is reported before it starts. If the animal sleeps in the bed/sofa despite the ban, there will be an additional washing fee of PLN 40 for each bed/sofa with hair (the cost of additional washing to remove traces).

It is located about 50m from Motława river, and the windows offer a view of the Gdańsk Old Town (famous monuments such as St. Mary's Basilica). Apartments in the building are small, but only one per level, so the view is from three sides.
