Please note that a deposit of PLN 450 per day is required upon arrival for the use of such facilities as minibar, telephone and laundry. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out if guests don't use the additional services listed above.

Please note that smoking is strictly forbidden at the property, both within the rooms and in the common areas. Failing to uphold this rule will result in a fee of PLN 2000 per night.

Hotel is accepting pets that do not exceed 18 kg of weight. Maximum 2 pets may occupy a guest room.

The non-refundable fee for the pet is 324 PLN per stay, additional fees may be charged if the hotel discovers severe damage or sanitation needs. Pets (excluding service animals) are allowed into the following food and beverage areas: Café Bristol, Café Bristol outside terrace, Lane’s Bar outside terrace.

A surcharge applies for departures after check-out hours. Late check-out fee: PLN 108 per hour between 12:00–18:00 (subject to availability), after 18:00 full charge of one night.

The hotel is obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors, in particular to establish the identity of the minor and his relationship with the adult with whom he stays in the property. (Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protection of minors).
