The holiday home was newly completed in 2025 and is tastefully furnished with both new and classic and antique furnishings. The house totals approximately 110m² on a large 950m² plot. The front and back gardens were landscaped by our professional gardener, and include a modern irrigation system and a robotic lawnmower that we can operate from the Netherlands. The roller shutters, entrance gate, etc., are also operated automatically, either remotely or with the remote control available in the house. Before your arrival, you will receive a code to open the entrance gate and front door. Each tenant has a magnetic card in the house to open the doors and gates. There is a terrace at both the front and back.
Let's introduce ourselves We are Maria Bialon and Martinus Zijlstra, a married couple from the Netherlands. We run a holiday home management company in the Netherlands. Because Maria is originally from Poland, we bought a house there to rent out to tourists. Of course, we also visit the country a few times a year to unwind in the heart of the woods.
The holiday home is nestled in the woods, about a 1.5 km drive along a forest path to the village of Osiek nad Wisłą, where you'll find the nearest supermarkets and shops. The university city of Torun is just under 20 kilometers away. This city is centrally located in the northern half of Poland. From here, day trips to places like Gdansk or Warsaw are easily possible.
