The ‘Old House Apartments’ (No. 17 Wozna Street) means professionalism, atmosphere and a perfect location. We invite you to stay in our five apartments refurbished with great attention to detail and for the comfort of our guests. All of them are located in a 15th century, freshly restored tenement building In 2019, just 150 metres from the Old Market Square.

Standard in all our apartments is free Wi-fi, TV with 70 to 160 channels, climatizated bedroom, safe a fully-equipped kitchen (electric cooker, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, full set of dishes for 4 people, fridge, basic spices, tea and coffee) and a bathroom with towels, hairdryer and basic cleaning products.

Neighborhood info

Our tenement house is a great spot both for tourists and business travellers. Within a range of 1 kilometre you can find more than 70 restaurants, bars and pubs. There is an excellent place to have breakfast or coffee in front of our bulding and on the groundfloor – a very well-known restaurant with Asian cuisine. There are special discounts for our guests at selected restaurants nearby. Only 20 metres from our place there is a grocery shop, open 7 days a week and within a range of 300 metres – with 24hours per day opening, a guarded car park. Woźna 17 is in the heart of Poznan's Old Town, surrounded by monuments and tourist attractions. This is simply the best place to spend your time in beautiful Poznan. For the comfort & convenience of our customers we are introducing a self-check in system.
