We invite you to our newly built house in Zachełmie Górny. The total area of ​​125 sq m. gives a lot of freedom and a feeling of open space. The facility is located in the mountains (not at the foot of the mountains) at an altitude of 601m between Karpacz and Szklarska Poręba on the slopes of the Kopista Mountain, 681m high. The property borders on the Karkonosze National Park and provides unforgettable views and walks, and above all, peace and quiet. I give the guests the whole house at their disposal, which will ensure complete privacy and freedom of rest. The ground floor in the style of ``open space'' has in one part an equipped kitchen, a play area for children, and in the other part a living room with a table and a seating area with a TV. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower and toilet. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. 2 bedrooms are for 3 people (each with a large king size bed 160 and std. 90) and 1 bedroom for 4 people (1 large bed 160 and 2 std. 90). In addition, there is a separate bathroom with shower and a separate toilet on the first floor. The parking lots can accommodate up to 8 cars (up to 5 in a large house and up to 3 in a smaller house) depending on the class of the car. There is an outdoor, public, free of charge 6-person barrel sauna for all guests. The sauna is available from 6.00 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. on a courtesy reservation basis or for shared use.
