Our holiday home, situated on the foundations of a former manor house, is located in the heart of a historic manor park, which creates a unique atmosphere of peace and tranquility. Surrounded by numerous centuries-old trees and an extensive 2-hectare plot with several hundred meters of shoreline and a private beach, it offers complete privacy and direct contact with nature. The interior of the house, in a rustic style with plenty of wood and cozy details, exudes warmth and comfort, creating the perfect conditions for relaxation. The lack of direct neighbors and the silence of this place make it an ideal option for romantic getaways, family vacations, as well as parties with friends or unforgettable trips with loved ones. You can relax by the fireplace, take walks through the park, enjoy beautiful views from the spacious terrace, and organize gatherings with close ones without worrying about noise. This is a place where history meets modern comfort, providing both peaceful relaxation and convenience in a stylish, rustic interior.

We are Karolina and Russell – a couple who, a few years ago, decided to make this special place our shared passion. Those were years full of hard work, moments of doubt and nerves, but also days filled with joy and an incredible sense of satisfaction with every moment we spent creating what we have today. Driven by our love for this place, and a desire to share its history and magic, we poured our hearts into restoring both the house and its surroundings. This is not just a project for us – it’s a personal journey that allowed us to build something we are now proud to share with others. We wanted to create a space that not only amazes but also wraps you in warmth, peace, and a sense of security, so that everyone who comes here can feel special, as if they were at home. With all our hearts, we promise to take care of this place, develop it, and improve it, so it will always remain a sanctuary that provides respite, inspires, and allows you to find inner peace. Our estate is located just 13 km from Gołdap, a charming spa town with the cleanest air in Poland. The area delights with a variety of tourist attractions, both natural and historical. The region of the Masurian Hills is a true natural gem, full of picturesque lakes, forests, and interesting hiking trails. Nearby, there are many charming bodies of water that attract anglers and water sports enthusiasts. One example is Lake Gołdopiwo, as well as a series of other lakes that create a peaceful, ideal place for relaxation by the water. For history lovers, the region is full of architectural landmarks, including the unforgettable railway bridges in Stańczyki – one of the most spectacular tourist spots in this part of Poland. These majestic, reinforced concrete bridges, once part of the railway line, are now one of the symbols of the Masurian Hills. It’s also worth visiting the bridges in Kiepojcie, known as the “Small Stańczyki,” and the bridges in Botkuns on the Jarka River, which are also examples of beautiful railway architecture. Not far from us is the pyramid in Rapa – a mysterious tomb of the von Fahrenheid family, which stands out for its unique structure and history. Additionally, the forests around Gołdap, including the famous Kumiecie Forest, are perfect for hiking and cycling trips. For history enthusiasts, these forests offer the chance to discover World War II bunkers, which are fascinating remnants of the tumultuous events of those years. The area is also a place where nature meets wild fauna – a nearby bloodless safari allows for the observation of wild animals, while a deer farm in the vicinity offers close encounters with these beautiful, majestic creatures. The surrounding fishing grounds and an extensive network of cycling and walking paths encourage active outdoor recreation.
