A lovely, secure and comfortable apartment in historical building, Parkside Residency, with unique architectural features. It comes with private balcony, 24 hours security and an underground parking space. The apartment is designed to a high standard and comfort by a recognised Polish designer. French windows in the bedroom lead to the balcony with comfortable chairs and an outdoor dining table. It is perfect for having breakfast outside or read a book with your feet up. Most of the furniture has been made to measure in Krakow. Oak wooden floors. There is a double walk-in rain shower in the bathroom. I particularly love the bathroom's design. It's a retreat! The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, plates, cups and glasses. Additionally: - wireless internet; - iron; - double inbuilt wardrobe with full mirrors; - towels; - Quality coffee machine and coffee provided - toaster; - electric kettle; - good quality microwave; - fridge and freezer; - oven and grill; - modern central heating and constant supply of hot water;

It is a very pretty area with restaurants, hotels, and cafes around. Yet it is peaceful and romantic. Perfect for family or couples. Great location: 5 minutes walk from the Rynek Main Square and 7 minutes walking distance from the main train station Krakow Glowny where the train from the Airport arrives to. Your journey therefore from the airport is 40 minutes door to door. THE LOCATION: The street is well known for nationally recognised life-saving medical research.The apartment is few steps away from the Main Square where restaurants, galleries and bars with live music and attractions are located. Good location for visiting Kazimierz district - 15 walk.
