Szopienicka Luxury is the apartment designed and tailored to the highest standard, in the historic district of Katowice - Nikiszowiec. The apartment is a combination of over a century old walls of the building, that is a part of a mining estate, with the modernist interior and modern equipment such as a coffee machine, wine cellar or a biofuel fireplace. Important notice! We are not VAT registered. Any business activity at apartment is strictly forbidden.
Dear Guest, if by any chance you are a tennis enthusiast, we have common interests, and there is good news- the beautiful and modern urban tennis complex is less than a 5-minute drive away. We highly recommend it. With tennis greetings.
Nikiszowiec is the unique not only in Europe but all over the world complex of mining housing estate with over 100 years of history. It is a part of the history of Poland and the noble mining profession. It is a pearl in the crown of the city of Katowice. The estate consists of trendy restaurants and cafes as well as all necessary service points such as shops, a bank, a church, a hairdresser, etc. Nikiszowiec is well connected with other districts of Katowice. The location also provides fast and convenient connections to other popular destinations like Warszawa, Krakow, Bielsko-Biała, and Wrocław.
