Hi! Welcome to Sunset Breeze Villa located in beautiful Cabo Rojo Puerto Rico! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This beautiful condo is perfect for families looking for a great getaway and enjoying some awesome (and much needed, lol) family vacay. The condo fits 9 people perfectly and is only just a 2-minute drive to "El Poblado" Boquerón's colorful downtown, Balneario Boquerón (beach); 7 minutes to Buyé beach, 10 minutes to Playa Sucia & Combate beach. This is a spacious apartment with 1200 sqft on a second level. You’ll enjoy our spacious apartment that includes everything you need for an amazing stay in Boquerón. The condo is on the second floor, there is no elevator in the apartment complex. * MASTER BEDROOM- is very spacious and includes a comfortable queen-sized bed with a sofa bed and its renovated master bathroom. Include air conditioning. *SECOND BATHROOM- the second bathroom is located in the hallway and is accessible to everyone. * THIRD BEDROOM- The third bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and a folded twin bed. Include air conditioning. * LIVING ROOM- The living room includes ceiling fans with a Smart TV with Roku TV for Streaming Services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. * KITCHEN- The kitchen is fully equipped with pans, pots, utensils, a coffee maker, a microwave, etc. * DINING AREA- consists of a round table with 4 chairs. The counter in the kitchen can also sit 4 people. * BALCONY- A nice balcony with a table and chairs available for our guests to enjoy. * WASHER & DRYER- available inside the apartment. * POOL- The complex has a relaxing pool with a gazebo and BBQ. It also includes a playing area (swings, slide, and monkey bars) for kids. Pool hours are from 10 am to 10 pm. * PARKING- Two designated parking is available for our guests inside our gated community.
