What all our guest will enjoy and appreciate is our location. Our building is situated in the Heart of Old San Juan, walking distance to everything. Close to our trolley stops, hop on and off , whether there is to much heat , or just view our City on top of an air-conditioning trolley: City Hall takes you inside city streets, and Fort (Morro) is a longer outer route, by Forts we also have another open air trolley like two big white golf carts put together would my explanation it runs on al L from Ports to Forts free of charge as well, and it stops at same trolley stops. We are but one block from our Grocery store where you will a variety of local and imported beers. Walgreens and Marshalls are just a block away, as well, being on main street its perfect for shopping. On first floor we have the Best Silver , Leather , and Local Arts and Crafts as well as the Best Price in town, there is a watchmaker and a Jeweler on site. Just around the corner we have Carthage Express for Mediterranean taste and flavor , nicely serviced by its owner , excellent coffee, and just across the street from him we have a local market for fresh juices. Old San Juan is very safe at any time of day or night. PLEASE BE AWARE WE ARE STEPS AWAY FROM THE FORTRESS HOUSE, THIS MAY BRING SOME LOUD ISSUES SOMETIMES BUT IS NOT CURRENT.
