Property information

Centenary building in stone and wooden braiding, in a central location and with excellent accessibility, which includes several studio apartments, modern, furnished and fully equipped. It was completely renovated in 2017, respecting the original characteristics and its history. It has an outdoor space shared by other guests, with a private pool, covered and heated in the coldest time, where you can sit and relax all year round while enjoying the sun after your experience in Porto. The "Combatentes" Metro Station is less than 5 minutes' walk away (300 meters) and with buses passing by. Supermarket, bakeries, restaurants, shops and cafes can be found within walking distance.

Neighbourhood information

Central neighborhood, quiet and quiet with excellent accessibility. Apart from the restaurants, cafes and supermarkets, it is less than 300 meters (5 minutes walk) from the metro station "Combatentes" allows a quick, easy and comfortable access to the whole city. Across the street is the "Block of Costa Cabral" that is classified as a monument of Public Interest. Designed by "Viana de Lima" and built in the 50's. Among others, notable for the sculptural relationship between the expressionist pala of entry and the staticity of the housing block. It can be visited by prior appointment at the Soares dos Reis National Museum. There are also remarkable rows of dwellings within the framework of nineteenth-century Porto architecture, some with balconies-gazebo on the roofs, or end-of-the-century dwellings favoring the use of granite, iron and tile.
