This cozy 1 bedroom apartment is located 500m from the train-station to Cascais/Lisbon & 800m from the beach (Azarujinha beach) & the beautiful boardwalk to Cascais. A big Supermarket is only 50m away as well as restaurants as well as a skatepark & a playground. (We have a longboard at your disposal too) Our apartment has modern decor & two closed balconies, one with a hammock & seaview, to relax and rewire. The kitchen features all amenities, such as a coffee maker, oven, mixer and much more.
Hi, I'm Marcia :) I'm a half German, half Portuguese mum of two, living in beautiful estoril, Portugal. I speak fluent German, Portuguese, English and we can try to communicate in Spanish and a bit of French (I understand more than I speak).. My small apartment is just minutes away from my house and I really hope you love the space as much as I do. It's perfect if you want to be near the beach, relax and enjoy beautiful cascais and Lisbon.
Quiet residential neighbourhood, with a nearby supermarket (50m), hairdresser, coffee shops, newspaper stands and a local skate-Park. 500m to the Lisbon/Cascais Train-Station and 800m to the beach. Free Parking in front of the building. Train station 500 m, bus-station behind the building.
