Situated just 60 metres from Praia da Rocha beach, Apartment Jardins da Rocha 26 offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, kitchenette and seating area and LED TV. Two balconies with spectacular views of the sea and sandy beach. The apartment has a parking place, children's playground, tennis court and an outdoor swimming pool for adults and seasonal children. - A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX: In accordance with municipal legislation applicable since 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay cash on check-in: - In high season (01/04 to 31/10) - 2 per person, per night. - In low season (1/11 to 31/03) - 1 per person, per night. Obs: - The tax is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is only charged to guests aged 13 or over. - Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious usage (60EUR for 30 days of reservation). The counts are removed at the entrance and exit to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made). Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess amount settled by guests to Nuris2u, in cash, on the day before departure. Included values of electricity and water, in each 30-day reserve according to the accommodation type: T1: Electricity - 130 Kwhs and Water - 6 m3. If the surplus is not regularized, the company reserves the right to withdraw from the security deposit amount.

Praia da Rocha is a beach in the municipality of Portimão, in the Algarve (Portugal). This beach has a large stretch of sand, in a total area of about 146,000 m2, along 1.5 km of coastline. Next to the beach stands the fortress of Santa Catarina, built in the 17TH century to ensure the defense of the bar of the River Arade. The beach owes its name to the rocks that lie between the sand and the sea. It is one of the most famous in the Algarve, but even from all over the country. Every year, during the summer, the beach fills with tourists from all over the world and, despite its great extent, it is rare not to be crowded. Next to the beach, there is a variety of restaurants and bars that attract large numbers of tourists, both during the day and at night.
