Great balcony with partial sea and beach views. # - A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. # PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX: In accordance with municipal legislation applicable since 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay cash on check-in: - In high season (01/04 to 31/10) - EUR 2 per person, per night. - In low season (1/11 to 31/03) - EUR 1 per person, per night. # Obs: - The tax is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is only charged to guests aged 13 or over. # - The costs of water, electricity and gas consumption (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscientious use. Counts are taken at check-in and check-out to calculate consumption for the booking period in question (if different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated). Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests with NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash. Electricity and water rates included in each 30-day booking, depending on the type of accommodation: T1: Electricity - 130 Kwhs and Water - 6 m3. If the surplus is not regularised, the company reserves the right to withdraw the value of the deposit.

Praia da Rocha is a beach in the municipality of Portimão, in the Algarve (Portugal). This beach has a large stretch of sand, with a total area of around 146,000 m2, along 1.5 kilometres of coastline. Next to the beach stands the Santa Catarina Fortress, built in the 17th century to ensure the defence of the Arade river bar. The beach owes its name to the rocks that lie between the sand and the sea. It is one of the most famous in the Algarve, if not the whole country. Every year during the summer, the beach fills up with holidaymakers from all over the world and, despite its long length, it's rare that it doesn't get crowded. In recent years, it has hosted the Beach Soccer World Cup, which is played in a purpose-built stadium with a capacity for 3,000 people. Next to the beach, there are a number of restaurants and bars that attract a large number of tourists, both during the day and at night.
