Semi-detached home with views of the bird coastal lagoon (Barrinha de Esmoriz) and Esmoriz stunning beach in the distance. This property consists of two houses, one of which is occupied by the owner. Less than 3 minutes walk to Esmoriz Train Station, which provides a reliable economic service with connections all over Portugal and Europe. The Historical award winning City of Porto is only a 25 minute train ride away. The connection on to the local coastal Lagoon of which is 346 hectares is a 3 minute walk. You can join the wooden walkway and its beautiful views it provides. You can enjoy a 25 minute walk to the surfing and golden sands of Esmoriz Beach. Relax or eat and drink at the many local beaches and restaurants. I am English and my husband is American. The Salt Water heated pool is seasonal from the end of March to mid October. Pool opening/closing times are from 08.30-21.00. Around the pool area are 6 sunbeds, bar with fridge, dining table, dart board and outdoor toilet. The accommodation provides free Wi-Fi indoor and outdoors, and there is secure private parking with an EV charger (at a small fee). Air conditioning is throughout. Downstairs sink toilet and shower. A very well utensil equipped Kitchen with also a 4 slice toaster Microwave, Induction Hob & extractor fan, digital oven, washing machine, iron and ironing board, electric kettle, fridge freezer with water dispenser. Both bedrooms have solid wood built in wardrobes. The 1st bedroom has a Super king size Bed, dressing table, hairdryer, an attached balcony with stunning views, sunbed and bistro table and 2 chairs set. The second Bedroom has 2 twin beds with a street view. Coming for 2025 is a another double sofa bed.

We have 2 loving doodle dogs on site. They may bark upon initial meeting because they will be scared of new guests, but will not bite.
