Set on a historic estate, this villa was converted from a former barn, giving it a special character. Surrounded by rural calm, the house is simple yet elegant, with all modern comforts. The furnished terrace overlooks a green garden, a water feature in the distance, and a pool on a lower level. With about 350 m² over two floors, the property includes a spacious living room with fireplace opening to the terrace and garden, a dining area, and an open kitchen. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms (3 are suites). Upstairs, you’ll find a 70 m² bedroom with open bathroom and a mezzanine lounge with TV and workspace. The house is 10 km from the historic town of Óbidos, famous for its festivals like music events and a medieval fair. The nearby city of Caldas da Rainha has supermarkets, banks, hospitals, cinemas, farmers’ and seafood markets, parks, trails, excellent restaurants, and the renowned Bordallo Pinheiro factory. Beautiful white-sand beaches such as Foz do Arelho, Lagoa de Óbidos, S. Martinho, Nazaré, and Peniche are all within easy reach. Pets are not allowed.
