Casa Chafariz is an iconic building of Lisbon adjoining the Chafariz da Esperança, a public fountain built in 1760 and classified in 1910 as Portuguese national monument. The building and its apartments have gone through a complete renovation while preserving the authenticity of its original structure. To preserve the historical features, it was only possible to install an elevator from the 1st floor up. From the ground floor to the first floor a flight of stairs was kept. Our apartments are provided with charm, comfort and modern facilities for your living experience in one of the most preserved, authentic and remarkable areas of Lisbon.

Our vision is to provide our guests with an authentic experience, immersing them in the charm of local life and making them feel like true residents. To achieve this, we have lovingly restored historic buildings in exceptional locations at the heart of the capital. Each restoration project has been undertaken with great care and dedication.
