Property information

This small villa has great views of the sea and mountains. It is located on South West Coast of Madeira Island at 450 meters high. You can enjoy the sunset and ocean view from the balcony. It is a one bedroom villa which fits perfectly in its surroundings - the magnificent coastal cliffs, and the endless the Atlantic ocean. The villa has a comfortable bed and pillows. Guided hiking/trekking tours around the island are available upon request for an additional extra cost, during your stay at Casas da Manta. The service is provided by an oficial certified Mountain Guide. Transport is included in service.

Neighbourhood information

The Casa da Manta - Palheiro is situated in a rural area (Faja da Ovelha). A 10 min. drive takes you to Prazeres, where you can find a Supermarket and quality restaurants. An 8 to 10 minutes drive takes you to the coastal villages of Paul do Mar and Jardim do Mar. At Calheta, (15 minutes away) you can find a sandy beach. There is amazing Mountain walks and views to enjoy. You will be staying 45 minutes (drive) away from Funchal, and 60 minutes away(drive) from the Airport. Welcome and enjoy.
