Casa Terra Mar has two separate indoor areas, and a large outdoor space. In the main home there are two bedrooms with queen beds and a large pullout sofa that also sleeps two people. A modern, fully equipped, and thoughtfully designed kitchen and dining area as well as a bathroom with full shower is also in this area. As you walk upstairs you'll find yourself in a large (125 m/sq) outdoor area with a spacious garden accented with local plants and water features. There is also a large area for outdoor dining and/or grilling along with a small room containing the washing machine and clothes dryer. On further is the annex, consisting of a relaxing living room with a pullout sofa, a small bathroom, a full kitchen and a light and airy room with space for dining and entertaining friends.

Your host, Cory is happy to assist you with any questions you may have regarding the property, the city, or Terceira in general. Cory speaks English and knows a little Tagalog and Portuguese. She is able to meet you at Casa Terra Mar and show you the space and answer any questions you may have. She also provides airport pickup and drop off of up to 6 people for an additional fee.

Located in the quiet Santa Luzia neighborhood of Angra, you'll be only minutes walk from the city center while avoiding the crowds and noise. Enjoy the walk down through the famous "Jardim Duque da Terceira" (city gardens) as you approach the city center for a fun day of activities.
Evenings at the house can be spent relaxing or entertaining with friends, either indoors or out!
