Welcome to my home! This lovely 130 m² apartment is ideally located near many of the area’s top attractions, as well as shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse dining options. The bright and airy living room is designed for your comfort, featuring a cosy sofa where you can unwind and a TV to enjoy your favourite shows. Several windows allow plenty of natural light to flood the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the day. You’ll also have access to a balcony where you can step out and enjoy the fresh air. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all the essential cookware and utensils. The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms: the first is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers, while the second offers two single beds along with a wardrobe and chest of drawers—perfect for families or groups of friends. All beds are made up with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful and pleasant stay. The bathroom includes fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing everything you need to feel refreshed and at home. For your comfort and peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay. During your stay, you’ll also have access to a shared pool—a great spot to relax and cool off. Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
