If the surplus is not regularised, the company reserves the right to withdraw the value of the deposit.

Praia da Rocha is a beach in the municipality of Portimão, in the Algarve (Portugal). This beach has a large extension of sand, in a total area of about 146.000 m2, along 1,5 km of coastline. Next to the beach stands the Fortaleza de Santa Catarina, built in the 17th century to ensure the defence of the Arade river bar. The beach owes its name to the rocks that lie between the sand and the sea. It is one of the most famous beaches in the Algarve, if not in the whole country. Every year, during the summer, the beach fills up with tourists from all over the world and, despite its great extension, it is rare not to be crowded. In recent years, it has hosted the Mundialito de Futebol de Praia (Beach Soccer World Cup), which is played in a purpose-built stadium with a capacity for 3000 people. Next to the beach, there is a plurality of restaurants and bars that attract a great number of tourists, both during the day and at night.
