It is important to note that the house is a short 80m walk from roadside parking, and guests are advised that the access is a little steep. Furthermore, we recommend that guests looking to stay with us have their own transport, either a car or scooter, as local transport links and taxis are limited outside of Funchal. This property is conveniently located in the town of Estreito de Camara de Lobos. The village boasts a local farmers market, several small cafes and the famous As Vides restaurant, which is widely believed to serve the best Espatada on the whole Island. This one-bedroom downstairs apartment had been designed for your comfort, featuring large glass sliding doors allowing for indoor-outdoor living. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
